Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Switch & Delta.

Cheque: Please make payable to 'EmmaJane Knight'. Write your name, address, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of your cheque. Allow a couple of days as it will need to clear first before the goods are sent. Thank you.

Availability & Delivery: If we have sold out of your choice we may be able to find an alternative. Items in stock can be despatched immediately.

Special Delivery in the UK: There is a postage & packaging charge of £5 for 1 item, £10 for up to 3 items, £15 for up to 6 items and £20 for up to 9 items.

Orders Abroad: Payment by credit card only. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. Please contact us for delivery charges and shipping confirmation.

Refunds & Exchanges: Items purchased may be returned for either a full refund or an exchange if you notify us in writing within 7 working days (14 days for overseas customers) of the date you received your goods or email sales@emmajaneknight.com. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).

Please be aware that we are not responsible for return postage or for returned items that have failed to reach us. We strongly suggest using registered post. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
